Deep Tissue Massage

Deep-tissue Massage!

Deep-tissue massage is therapeutic technique that focuses on deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. It uses slow, firm pressure and targeted strokes to release chronic muscle tension, break down adhesions( tight knots), and support the body’s natural healing prosses. This type of massage is especially beneficial for people experiencing ongoing muscle tightness, injury recovery, or restricted movements.

How Deep Tissue Massage Helps

  • Relive chronic muscle tension and stiffness
  • A combination of deep stroking and stretching increases flexibility.
  • Deep sliding strokes enhance circulation

  • Can be a relief for the people with chronic stress
  • Deep-tissue massage can be an effective treatment for injured muscles, will help with detoxifying the muscles and will stretch tight and twisted mass
  • Deep-tissue massage will help to promote healing

What to expect:

A deep-tissue massage will trigger a deeper layer of muscles; the massage can be stronger than usual. May be used fingertips, knuckles, hands, elbows and forearms during the treatment. You may experience some discomfort at certain point during the massage. Client often have some stiffness or pain after a deep-tissue massage, but it should subside within a day or so. I recommend more movement and drinking plenty of water to help the body with detoxing process.
